Gang Leader, Holistic Birth Consultant and Acuvibrational Therapist, Colleen

Sugar Heal Gang was conceptualized in 2019 by Los Angeles musician, Colleen Lovejoy, in order to join forces with other healers she knew and trusted and reimagine what healing looks like in the African American community. The Black Maternal Health Care Fund was initiated by the collective in 2020 in order to provide essential maternity care services to BIPOC families who were choosing to birth outside of hospitals due to long-standing health care bias exacerbated by the global pandemic. In her private practice, Seline Vibes, acuvibrational therapy is used to address mental, physical, emotional and energetic imbalances in individuals and couples. Her innovative maternity care protocols have been used for miscarriage prevention, natural labor induction, restarting stalled labors, clearing infection, breastfeeding support, natural pain management, reducing blood pressure and more.

She also works closely with each of the Sugar Heal practitioners employing them often with the goal of supporting a pleasurable, empowered and trauma free birthing journey.
