Raquel is a full spectrum midwife, birth educator and ceremony leader with a focus on increasing pleasure, joy and aligned purpose in maternal health. During each prenatal visit, mother and baby's vital signs are checked and self-care guidance is given to ensure you are staying nourished and that the optimal birthing experience is being manifested for you and your family. During the birthing window, Raquel remains on-call to support your home birth. Yoni steaming and other gentle holistic modalities will be recommended during this time in order to prepare mother and baby for birth. During postpartum visits, Raquel assesses vital signs and provides breastfeeding support, uterine massage, belly binding, closing the bones ceremony and postpartum yoni steaming.
