Acuvibrational Sonotherapy is an alternative form of Acupuncture that utilizes therapeutic tuning forks instead of needles and has proven especially beneficial for maternity care, mental health and for natural self care. Colleen has spent the last two years in development of unique protocols with the goal of improving natural birth outcomes and decreasing unnecessary medical interventions and hospital transfers. Acuvibration during pregnancy is used to increase harmony between mother and baby and supports with management of nausea, edema, blood pressure, uti, infection, anxiety, depression and more. In recent case studies, acuvibration has effectively slowed or stopped pre-term contractions and/or bleeding and may be effective for preventative care from pregnancy loss and pre-term delivery. Acuvibration during birth supports with natural encouragement of labor, restarting stalled contractions, cervical relaxation and pain management. Acuvibration postpartum supports with healing of ligaments and organs, breastfeeding and latching difficulties, postpartum depression, fatigue and more.
